ABOUT PAVILION GEELONG
Set on the edge of Geelong’s Eastern Beach, Pavilion Geelong is built into the fabric of the foreshore. Originally constructed in 1927, the kiosk, boardwalk and bathers pavilion have long been part of the community’s history. With recent restorations, the venue continues to serve as a gathering place—this time with thoughtful menus, sea views and spaces for all kinds of occasions.
Located opposite the promenade’s pool, playground and walking track, Pavilion is a natural meeting spot for locals and travellers. It’s a place to settle in with friends, start the day with a walk and coffee, or gather for a casual meal by the bay.
Everyday Dining, Done Well
From 6:30 am daily, Pavilion Geelong opens its doors with Inglewood Coffee —a go-to for early risers along the Eastern Beach boardwalk. For a pre-swim caffeine stop or a relaxed brunch, the menu caters to both quick mornings and long catch-ups.
Our all-day menu brings together classic favourites and crowd-pleasers. Popular dishes include the Smashed Avocado with pumpkin and sunflower seeds, black sesame, lime, feta, pomegranate and chilli on thick cut multigrain; or the French Toast, layered with roasted macadamia, orange blossom, white chocolate milk crumb, raspberry curd, vanilla ice cream and fresh berries. For something more savoury, the Eggs Benedict with pulled beef brisket, poached eggs, chipotle hollandaise, & sweet potato on thick cut sourdough has become a signature plate.
For those on the go, the kiosk provides a laid-back pit stop with light snacks, coffee, and cold drinks, perfect for a walk along the foreshore or a casual afternoon by Geelong’s Eastern Beach. Whether dining in or grabbing a bite on the move, Pavilion’s offering is grounded in quality ingredients, welcoming service and a picturesque coastal setting.
